With reference to Governor Seymour's Despatch No. 86 of the 21st of
June enclosing Returns of Receipts and Disbursements for the quarter
ended the 31st of March 1865, I have the honor to transmit to you a copy
of a letter from theBoard Board of Treasury, and I have to request that you
will furnish me with the explanation required by their Lordships as to
the falling off in the Receipts under the head of "Revenue from
Collectors."
