With reference to my despatch, marked Separate of the 31st January, I have now the honor to forward in a complete state the Address, reply and rejoinderwithManuscript image with which the present Legislative Session was opened.
2. I am happy to say that the Public business is progressing in the most satisfactory and harmonious manner and that I look forward to proroguing the Legislature in about ten days.
