My Lord Duke,
I have the honor to forward an Authenticated and two plain Copies of an Ordinance of the late Session of the Legislative Council, entitled; No. 9. An OrdinanceforManuscript image for the regulation of Ferries and Bridges.
The Attorney General appears to have furnished, in his Report, all the information requisite respecting this measure. It only remains for me to say that its principles have worked well on the mainland portion of the Colony.
