I have the honor to forward an Authenticated and two plain copies of an Ordinance of the recent Session of the Legislature, entitled; No. 15. An OrdinancetoManuscript image to assimilate and amend the Laws relating to Licences and direct Taxes on Persons. The Attorney Generals Report is attached. I see no objection to this measure.
