My Lord Duke,
I have the honor to forward an authenticated and two plain Copies of an Ordinance of the recent Session of the Legislature of this Colony, entitled;No. 29.Manuscript image No. 29. An Ordinance respecting Harbour and Tonnage Dues, and to regulate the Licenses on the vessels engaged in the Coasting and Inland navigation trade. I add the report of the Attorney General and beg to recommend the measure for allowance.
