Seymour forwards No 37. An Ordinance to assimilate the law regarding Aliens in all parts of the Colony of British Columbia and the Attorney General’s report. Holland’s minute describes ordinance 37 and recommends sanctioning the ordinance.

My Lord Duke,
I have the honor to forward an authenticated and two plain copies of an Ordinance of the late Session of the Legislature of this Colony. It is entitled;No 37.Manuscript image No 37. An Ordinance to assimilate the law regarding Aliens in all parts of the Colony of British Columbia.
I add the report of the Attorney General. I beg to recommend the measure for allowance.
