My Lord Duke,
I have the honor to forward an authenticated and two plain
copies of an Ordinance of the late Session of the Legislature
of this Colony entitled;No 38.
No 38. Victoria Incorporation.
I agree with the Attorney General whose report I enclose
that this measure may be safely submitted for Her Majesty's allowance.
