I have had the honor to receive Your Grace's despatch No. 40 of 21st June conveying to me Her Majesty's disallowance of the Ordinance No. 3 of 1865. "To amend thedutiesManuscript image duties of Customs."
2. I have the satisfaction of stating that the Ordinance in question had been repealed previous to the receipt of Your Grace's despatch.
