Seymour transmits certificates of Survey of the Funds in the Colonial Treasury on the 1st day of April, on the 1st day of July and on the 1st day of October 1867. Cox’s minute suggests sending the despatch To the Treasury. The included documents are statements of the colonial receipts and disbursements of the periods mentioned in the despatch.
