Despatch from London.
Buckingham, At the request of the Secretary of State for War, transmits the enclosed descriptive particulars and parchment Certificate respecting James Lindsay of the Depot Brigade Royal Artillery, and instructs Seymour to make the necessary arrangements for Lindsay to receive the appropriate annual pension sums.
