I have the honor to transmit to you for your information and in reply to your Despatch of the 6th February, No. 7, a copy of a letter from the Admiralty enclosing copy of one from the Hydrographer in which he expresses his opinionthatManuscript image that Esquimalt Harbor is the fittest place in the Colony for a Naval Dock.
