I transmit to you, for your information and in continuation of
my despatch No. 90 of the 21st November, copies of a correspondence
between the Honorable F. Dundas and this Department respecting the
application by Members of the Church of Scotland in British Columbia
for a grant of landin

Copy, Wallace to Dundas, 19 February 1868, stating that "the grant to the Church of Scotland in this colony was made by the
Hudson's Bay Company, and not by the crown."
Copy, signed by W. A. G. Young, 15 July 1862, wanting "to obtain in accordance with the agreement entered into between Her Majesty's
Government and the Hudson's Bay Company, the conveyance forthwith of certain portions of land," and requesting that maps
he enclosed by examined and returned.
