The account of this Government in respect of the Royal Marines stationed at San Juan IslandbeingManuscript image being now overpaid, I have the honor to acquaint you that I have authorized a Bill for fifteen hundred pounds Sterling (£1,500) to be drawn in the usual manner on the Paymaster General and I have to request that Your Lordship will be pleased tocauseManuscript image cause the same to be accepted on presentation.
