I have the honor to forward an Authenticated and two plain Copies of an Ordinance of the present Session of the Legislature, entitled;No. 5.Manuscript image No. 5. An Ordinance respecting the appointment of Commissioners to take Affidavits and Bail, and for the making of Statutory Declarations.
2. I see no objection to this Ordinance.
3. The Legal report of the Attorney General is enclosed.
