My Lord,
I have the honor to forward an Authenticated and two plain Copies of an Ordinance of the late Session of the Legislature of this Colony, entitled;No. 14.Manuscript image No. 14. An Ordinance granting a Supplemental Supply of $134,465 98/100, out of the General Revenue of the Colony of British Columbia and its Dependencies for the Contingent Service of the Years 1866-7, respectively.
2. This Ordinance requires little comment from me. I enclose the report of the Attorney General and of the Acting Colonial Secretary.
