I have the honor to report the execution at Victoria on the 24th Instant, of an Indian named, Ich-yst-a-tis,forManuscript image for the murder of a coloured man named William Robinson, on Salt Spring Island, in this Colony.
2. I enclose copy of the Minutes of the Executive Council on this subject.
