The account with Her Majesty's Government in respect of expenditure for the Detachment of Royal Marines stationed on the Island of San Juan being now overpaid I have the honor to acquaint Your LordshipthatManuscript image that I yesterday drew upon the Paymaster General in the usual manner for the sum of (£1,500), Fifteen Hundred Pounds, and I request that Your Lordship will cause the Bill to be accepted on presentation.
