Sir,
Can you inform me how I can procure the Certificates of Marriage & burial of John William Wignell who was killed in a coal mine in British Columbia about this time last year. The name of the place is "Nanaimo."
This information is required by his relations in England & is of great importance to them. I have enquired at Somerset House where they referred meManuscript image to your Office. If the Certificates can be obtained thro your office please let me know the amount of fees &c & I will remit the amount to you. I enclose a stamped & directed envelope for reply & remain, Sir
