I have the honor to acknowledge the receipt of Governor Seymour's Despatch No. 71 of the 14th April enclosing an Ordinance passed by the Government of British Columbia No. 25, 15 March/69 entitled "An Ordinance to amend the County Courts Ordinance 1867."
Assuming that there is no intention to call upon anyOfficerManuscript image Officer to refund any money which he has already received, I submitted this Ordinance to Her Majesty, and I now have to convey to you Her Majesty's gracious approval and confirmation of it.
