I have the honor to transmit to you for your information and reference to your Despatch No. 8 of the 29th January copies of the correspondence that has passed between this Department and the Aborigines Protection SocietyinManuscript image in regard to the correctness of Mr. Green's statements as to the condition of the Indians in Vancouvers Island.
