I have the honor to acknowledge the receipt on the 31st Ultimo, of your Despatches, of the dates noted in the margin,
Circulars 23, 24, 25, 26, and 31 May 1855.
with their enclosures, which have been filed among the Public Documents of this Colony, and will receive the strictest attention.
