Sir,
I transmit herewith the copy of a letter from the Admiralty requesting that the portion of Land at Esquimalt marked 67 on the enclosed plan may be reserved for Naval purposes, and I have to instruct you to comply with their Lordships'Manuscript image wishes in this respect.
