I have duly received Your Graces Despatch No 20 of the 2nd November,
enclosing Copy of a correspondence between the Colonial Office and
the War Department, relative to the erection of a Naval

Grace that I have issued instructions to Colonel Moody, to take the
requisite measures to carry out this matter.
