In reply to Mr Elliot's Letter of the 12th Instant, I am commanded by my Lords Commissioners of the Admiralty to acquaint you, for the information of the Duke of Newcastle, that the Sum due to Lieutenant & Commander A.T.H. Helby, of H.M's Gunboat Grappler, is Five pounds five shillings (£5.5.0) on account of the entertainment of Captain Stamp on boardthatManuscript image that Vessel for five days in the month of October, 1861.
