I have the honor to acknowledge the receipt of your despatch No. 15 of the 14th of February and to convey to you the approval of the Queen for the appointment to the Legislative Council of Vancouver Island of Mr. Donald Fraser, Mr. David Cameron, and Mr. Alfred John Langley.
The Royal Warrant for these appointments will be forwarded to you by early opportunity.
