I am commanded by my Lords Commissioners of the Admiralty to send you herewith, for the information of Mr Secretary Cardwell, an Extract of a Letter from Rear Admiral The Honble J. Denman, dated the 8th Novr, No 38, reporting on the state of affairs in Vancouver Island.
