The Governor of Vancouver Island in a Despatch dated 3 Oct No 80, sent home a complete set of the Acts of the Legislature of that Colony from the year 1859. The collection is contained in two Vols, one of which has just reached the Library. Now it is very desirable that this Office should be furnished with, at least, three copies of the collection, and that other public offices & Libraries should be furnished with Copies. Should not the Governor be asked to send the requisite number of Copies for this purpose directing his attention to the Circulars on the subject dated 26 June/5728 March/59—and 5 Jan/65.
