With reference to your letter of the 12th June last, I am directed by the Board of Trade to transmit the enclosed Bill of Lading for one case containing two Moderator Lamps for the Fisguard Lighthouse, Vancouver's Island, and to request that it may be forwarded to the Governor of that Colony.
