With reference to your despatch No. 11 of the 15th February, I have the honor to acquaint you that the Lords Commissioners of the Admiralty have informed me that they have granted to Lieutenant P.J. Hankin two years further leave ofabsenceManuscript image absence to enable him to retain the appointment of Superintendent of Police at Victoria.
