Sir,
The Lords Commissioners of the Admiralty have informed me that the
sum of £10.4.0 is due to the Commander of Her Majesty's ship
"Sparrowhawk" on account of expenses incurred in the entertainment of
yourself three ladies and two Servants on the occasion of your visit to
New Westminster in April last, reported in your Despatch No. 27 of the
