I am commanded by my Lords Commissioners of the Admiralty to request that you will move the Duke of Newcastle to cause the sum of £42.4.0, being the difference between the £50, abated from Broker's claim for £1520.1.3, for freight to Vancouver's Island per "Thames City," and the ascertained value of Four Cases of Brandy deficient, to be paid to the credit of NavalServicesManuscript image Services, through Her Majesty's Paymaster General, who has been authorized to receive the same.
