With reference to your letter of the 18th and my letter of the 20th ultimo, I have now to transmit, herewith, in original the Agreement duly stamped which has been executed in duplicate between the Crown and the Hudsons Bay Co for settling the claims of the latter to certain Lands in the Victoria District in the Island of Vancouver.
