I have received your Despatch No 19 of 9th Septr
last acquainting me that the Lords Commissoners of the Treasury
had issued the sum of £500 to Capt. Parsons of the Royal
Engineers and had givenhim

him to reach his destination, with the Detachment of
Twenty men under his
