gratification on learning that the measures [he] had adopted in reference to the treatment of the Native Races,and
the proposed arrangement for their future sustenance and improvement,has governmental approval, adding that
due care will be taken that the proposed places may in no way interfere with the progress of the white Colonists.

I have the honor to acknowledge the receipt of your Despatch
No 67 of the 20th May, and I have to express my gratification
