In compliance with a requisition from the Admiralty I have the honor to place before you one year's supply, for three Stations, of such Instructions, and Forms for Meteorological Observations as seem to me more or less suitable for the objects indicated in the annexed Memorandum.
Various forms are offered to suit varying circumstances of Observers.
A list is enclosed.
