In reply to your Letter of the 20th Instant, requesting to be informed whether the party referred to, in my Letter of the 4th Instant, as having been conveyed to British Columbia, and for whose passages payment is requested, consisted principally of Sappers and Miners; I am commanded by my Lords Commissioners of the Admiralty, to acquaint you, for the information of His Grace the Duke of Newcastle, that Party embarked in the "Thames City" for conveyance to British Columbia consistedManuscript imageconsisted as follows vizt
