a correspondence between the Colonial Department and the
Foreign

Office, relative to extending the interpretation of the convention
of
1843 between the French and English Governments, for the
Extradition of Criminals, to the case of Criminals under sentence,
as well as persons charged with offences but not yet tried.
2. I have also, to thank your Grace, for the Extradition
Treaty of
1843, of which
previously
