Sir,
We have the honor to enclose the usual certificate of the
existence of Colonel R.C. Moody RE, Chief Commissioner of Lands and
Works, British Columbia, on 31st March
and to request that an authority may be given to HM's
Paymaster General to issue to us that officer's salary for the quarter
ending on that date.
