In reply to Mr Elliot's letter of the 6th Instant, I am commanded by the Lords Commissioners of Her Majesty's Treasury to acquaint you that the Paymaster General has been authorized to pay to Naval Services the sum of £5,294.3.5 in repayment of the value of Stores supplied by the Admiralty in 1859 for the use of the Royal Engineers in British Columbia.
