The Admiralty writes Rogers to request that reimbursement for the amount charged by the Royal Mail Packet Company for the conveyance to Colon of extra baggage belonging to Royal Engineers now serving in British Columbia be directed to the Admiralty's Department of the Director of Transport Services.

With reference to your letter (in reply to one from this Department dated the 1st of August last) stating that the amount charged by the Royal Mail Packet Company for the conveyance to Colon of extra baggage belonging to Royal Engineers now serving in British Columbia, will be transferred to Naval Funds, I request that you will be pleased to causetheManuscript image the claim and documents relating to this Service to be returned to this Department.
