Julyan advises Rogers that the Admiralty has paid the cost of the passage of
Captn Gosset from Ceylon to England and that
the sum to be remitted from British Columbia will be duly credited to the Ceylon Government when received.

I have the honor to acquaint you in reply to your letter of
the 13th Instant that the sum of £67 was paid by me to the
Admiralty on the 7th December last, being the cost of the passage
of Captn Gosset from Ceylon to England.
The sum to be remitted from British Columbia will be duly credited to the Ceylon Government when received.
