With reference to my Despatch No. 117 of the 23rd of April last on the subject of certain Hay and Oats which were shipped on board the "Thames City" in 1858, for British Columbia, but are stated to have been afterwards unshipped at Gravesend by Colonel Moody's direction, I have the honor to transmit to you a copy of a letter from the Board or Treasury and to request that you will communicate it to Colonel Moody for any additional information which he may be able to offer.
