I have the honor to forward six copies of the Minutes of the late Session of the Legislative Council of this Colony.
2.—I have cautioned the Clerk of the Board that in Official Papers he is to discontinue calling the Legislative Council a "Parliament."

Right, I think. There is no need to encourage a bad taste for big Names in the British Colonies; and a single Council cannot reasonably be called a Parliament. Shd we not perhaps acke, and express agreement with him that the nameManuscript image of Parliament is not appropriate to a Legislature consisting of a single Legislative Council?
