Sir,
I have the honor to forward Copy of a letter addressed
to me by Mr Justice Begbie on the subject of the Rules of
practice now in use in the Vice Admiralty Court of this Colony.

2. I am unable to answer Mr Begbie's enquiry whether
Her Majesty has acted on the Authority conferred by the
14th section of the 26th of Victoria, Cap: 24. Perhaps
you might have the goodness to furnish me with the information
required by the Judge.
