I have the honor to acknowledge the receipt of your Despatch No. 80
of the 7th of June last.
I derived much satisfaction from the perusal of your account of the
celebration in British Columbia of the Anniversary of the Queen's
Birthday; and I am especially pleased to learn that you found thatthe
