With reference to Mr. Seymour's despatch No. 88 of the 26th June, I have the honour to transmit to you a copy of a letter from the Board of Treasury stating that their Lordships' cannot consent to a further postponement of the repayment of the sum of £10704.16.7 for the cost of the buildings erected for the Royal Engineers, and that the Paymaster General has accordinglyManuscript image been authorized to receive that amount.
