I have received your despatch No. 127 of the 19th December last, on
the subject of the charges on Mr. Begbie's Commission as Judge of the
Vice Admiralty Court at British Columbia, and the disposal of the Fees
payable to that officer, and havingreferred

consideration of the Lords Commissoners of the Treasury I transmit to
