Seymour forwards No 22. An Ordinance to assimilate the law empowering the Governor to create Ports of Entry in British Columbia and the corresponding Attorney General's report. Holland’s minute summarizes ordinance 22, describes the effect of the ordinance, and advises that the ordinance should be sanctioned.

I have the honor to forward an authenticated and two plain copies of an Ordinance of the late Session of the Legislature of this Colony entitled;No 22.Manuscript image No 22. An Ordinance to assimilate the law empowering the Governor to create Ports of Entry in British Columbia.
The Attorney General's report on this useful measure is appended.
