Buckingham conveys Her Majesty's gracious Confirmation and allowance of two acts by the late Legislature of Vancouvers Island: No. 2 To amend the Liquor License Act 1867 and No. 6 to exempt the Homestead and other property from forced seizure and sale in certain cases.

I have the honor to acknowledge the receipt of your Despatch No. 123 of the 23rd September reporting upon the following Acts passed by the late Legislature of Vancouvers Island vizt No. 2 "To amend the Liquor License Act 1867" and No. 6 "to exempt the Homestead and other property fromforcedManuscript image forced seizure and sale in certain cases." I have to convey to you Her Majesty's gracious Confirmation and allowance of those Acts.
