This despatch acknowledges the receipt of the mails of 1 Oct, 16 Oct, 1 Nov, 16 Nov, 30 Nov, 16 Dec, 1 Jan, 16 Jan, 1 Feb, 15 Feb, 29 Feb. All the Circulars sent on those days are acknowledged with the exception of that of the 25th Nov. Govr Seymour also acknowledges the receipt of a Circular that of the 10th Decr 1867, which I cannot find has ever existed.
